Refund requests submitted after the Money Back Guarantee period will be considered at our sole discretion. We may require you to provide evidence demonstrating that the Service was either unavailable or unusable during the requested refund period, and that despite your repeated support requests, the issue remained unresolved.
Upon receiving satisfactory evidence, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a pro-rata refund for the period of the subscription term when the Service was unavailable or unusable. Such requests should be directed to our support team at [email protected], along with all relevant evidence to substantiate your claim.
Please be aware that non-use of the Service is not considered a valid basis for a refund.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a breach of this Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that initiate chargebacks.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of this Agreement, non-payment, or at our discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting [email protected].
All content and services provided by ConnectsVPN, including software, trademarks, and materials, are owned by or licensed to ConnectsVPN. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Our Services may include third-party software or applications. These are governed by their own terms and not endorsed by ConnectsVPN. Your use of any third-party applications through our Services is at your own risk.

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ConnectsVPN does not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or be available uninterrupted or error-free.
ConnectsVPN and its officers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our liability for any claim related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past three months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConnectsVPN and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.
For users in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, disputes may be submitted for online resolution to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Canadian courts, except where local laws provide otherwise.
By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. All agreements, notices, and other communications that we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of material changes before they become effective. Continued use of our Services after changes signifies your acceptance of the amended terms.
You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign our rights to any third party at our discretion.
If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in effect.
You agree to resolve any disputes with ConnectsVPN on an individual basis. There will be no right or authority for any disputes to be arbitrated or litigated on a class or collective basis.
