ConnectsVPN offers a transparent process when it comes to its refund policy. ConnectsVPN is committed to processing refund requests within the initial 24 hours of a legitimate refund claim request. However, payment of the refunds may take up to 30 days to be deposited in your account, depending on your payment provider, bank, and/or card.
Please note this refund policy does not apply to accounts issued for special purposes.
ConnectsVPN supports a variety of payment methods to make it easy for you to get an ConnectsVPN subscription. That said, please understand that some payment methods on some platforms, such as the Apple App Store and/or the Google Play Store, do not facilitate a refund option. ConnectsVPN has prominently highlighted any such payment methods as “Non-Refundable” during the final checkout process, and this refund policy will not cover them.
